01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and royal77 ("royal77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://royal77.cam and all related services, games, betting markets and promotional offerings provided therein.

royal77 is an online casino and sports betting information platform operated for Malaysian users. All content, transactions and player interactions are conducted in the English language, with additional support available in Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

By creating an account, accessing any game, placing a wager, or using any feature of this platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using royal77.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

03 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of royal77 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout the use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies to all casino games, live dealer products and sports betting markets available on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) and not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of royal77 or any affiliated company, without prior written consent from royal77 management.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Malaysian or other applicable law.

royal77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Registration and Account

To access the full range of royal77 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and not misleading.

One account per person: Each individual may maintain a maximum of one registered Account on royal77. The operation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Royal77 may, at its sole discretion, merge duplicate Accounts, forfeit balances associated with any duplicate Account, or permanently close all Accounts associated with the individual concerned.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify royal77 immediately via the official support contact.

Account accuracy: You must promptly notify royal77 of any changes to the personal information held on your Account. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.

05 Terms of Use

By using royal77, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Malaysian law or the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• Attempting to defraud royal77 or other users through manipulation of games, exploitation of software errors, collusion or any form of cheating.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine player behaviour.
• Engaging in money laundering or any transaction intended to conceal the source of funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Opening Accounts in the name of another person or registering on behalf of a third party without explicit written consent from royal77.
• Exploiting a technical error, mathematical flaw or glitch in any game or betting market. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable platform error are void and must be returned.

Royal77 monitors Account activity and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious behaviour, suspend access during investigation, and take such remedial action as it deems appropriate, including forfeiture of funds where misconduct is confirmed.

06 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on royal77 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including, but not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank, as well as major credit and debit cards.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Royal77 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and must be processed via the same method used for the initial deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and may take between one and five working days. Royal77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before authorising withdrawal of amounts above specified thresholds.

Withdrawal restrictions: Funds derived exclusively from bonus awards may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. The maximum amount that may be withdrawn in connection with specific promotional offers is detailed in the individual offer terms. Attempts to withdraw funds in breach of applicable wagering conditions will result in forfeiture of bonus-related amounts.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

Royal77 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, referral rewards and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g. ×10, ×15, ×20) before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: A cap applies to individual wagers placed while bonus funds are active, typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per bet. Exceeding this cap may invalidate the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games and certain specialty products may contribute at a reduced rate or be entirely excluded from bonus wagering.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering obligation expire within the timeframe specified in the individual offer, commonly 7, 14 or 30 calendar days from the date of credit.
• Maximum cash-out: Winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the individual offer terms. An illustrative example is a cap of MYR 2,880 on a specific welcome offer; actual caps vary by promotion.
• One promotion per account: Unless explicitly stated, promotional offers are limited to one per Account, household address, device and payment method.
• Abuse: Royal77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the Account of any User found to be abusing promotional offers, including through multiple Accounts or coordinated exploitation.

08 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting and casino game activity on royal77 is subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the Platform:

• Bet confirmation: A wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform. Royal77 reserves the right to decline or void any wager placed after an event has started or following a significant change in the event's status.
• Obvious errors: If a price or outcome is clearly published in error (e.g. incorrect odds due to a data feed failure), royal77 reserves the right to void and re-settle the affected wager at the correct terms.
• Event cancellation and postponement: Bets on events that are cancelled, suspended or postponed beyond a reasonable timeframe will generally be voided and the stake returned, subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market.
• Football markets: Standard Asian Handicap, Over-Under and 1×2 markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga and other supported competitions follow industry-standard settlement rules, which are detailed within the relevant sports betting section.
• Live betting: Odds in live betting markets reflect real-time event conditions and may be suspended without notice during critical moments. Bets accepted during a suspension may be voided at royal77's discretion.
• Maximum payout: Applicable per-event and per-day payout limits are displayed within the Platform. Royal77 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on individual markets or categories.
• Casino games: RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed in game descriptions are theoretical long-term values and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Royal77 does not alter game RTP values outside those set by the relevant game provider.

09 Responsible Gambling

Royal77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform operates strictly for adult entertainment and is available only to individuals aged 21 and above. The following responsible gambling principles and tools are embedded in the Platform:

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on royal77, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the intellectual property of royal77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, sell or otherwise exploit any content from royal77 without prior written consent.

Unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, royal77, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

In particular, royal77 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from wagering decisions made by Users on the Platform, including losses resulting from reliance on any statistics, market information or educational content provided.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures or circumstances beyond royal77's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from the User's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any tax liability incurred by the User in connection with winnings or activity on the Platform. It is the User's sole responsibility to comply with applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, royal77's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total deposits made by the User to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

Royal77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific promotional terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Behaviour that endangers the integrity of the Platform, its games or other Users.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the User's own request for self-exclusion or Account closure.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, royal77 may, at its discretion, forfeit any Balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from activity conducted in breach. Real-money deposits may be returned at royal77's discretion following satisfaction of applicable compliance checks.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account in good standing should contact royal77 support. Outstanding withdrawable balances will be processed subject to standard KYC and payment verification requirements.

13 Amendments

Royal77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice to Users. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using royal77 and may request Account closure through the standard support process.

14 Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your experience with royal77, including bet settlement, account transactions or promotional outcomes, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the matter.

Royal77 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and will aim to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days from the date of acknowledgement. Complex disputes may require a longer investigation period, in which case you will be kept informed of progress.

If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may request that the dispute be referred to the relevant external adjudication or regulatory body as applicable to your circumstances. Royal77 will cooperate fully with any such process.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Jurisdiction for any formal legal proceedings shall vest as determined by the applicable regulatory framework.
